Martial Universe adapts the second of Tiancan Tudou's loosely connected Great Thousand World novels, serialized on Qidian from 2011. Motion Magic animates the CG series for Yuewen and Tencent Video, where it premiered on January 27, 2019. Unlike its sister production Battle Through the Heavens, it has kept a seasonal release pattern: six seasons of 12 episodes each aired between 2019 and early 2026, with Season 6 running from November 20, 2025 to January 29, 2026. Recent seasons have been registered with Chinese regulators as paired six episode chapters that air as single 12 episode runs, and a 12 episode Season 7 cleared registration in August 2025 with a premiere planned for 2026. Official English subtitled episodes, including Season 6, stream on the Yuewen Animation YouTube channel.
